is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant to join our vibrant team. If you're passionate about IT infrastructure, hardware, and software, and are eager to support our customers through AMC and ongoing projects, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional support to DMATICS customers under AMC and ongoing projects. Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, and software. Collaborate with major vendors for seamless product support and integration. Translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions. Aid sales teams in securing high-value deals with your technical prowess. Foster strong client relationships with excellent communication and customer management skills. Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants. Stay abreast of industry trends and certifications.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 7-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, hardware, and software support. Minimum of 2-3 years of local UAE experience. Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred. Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years. Certifications from major IT vendors (e.g., HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
