Bringing a data-driven approach and strong analytical skills to enhance our training quality for fleet partners and riders while upholding our organizational values and standards. This role holds significant importance in spearheading the creation of training programs for our fleet partner riders and ensuring the seamless launch and management of Hero Experience Centers, ultimately driving impeccable training delivery and elevated rider satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in training development and execution, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and make informed decisions based on data insights.What's on Your Plate? Lead the creation and customization of training materials to meet the diverse requirements of our markets. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and refine training materials, spanning presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. Work closely with local market training leads to conduct quarterly Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) based on KPIs and Opportunities. Lead the monthly function business reviews (FBRs), discuss, and align on actions to improve the training across multiple markets. Ensure prompt dissemination of product/process updates on the rider interface through appropriate training initiatives. Ensure that training content aligns with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Apply instructional design principles to craft engaging and effective training programs. Analyze best practices across different markets & training methodologies and implement them accordingly. Maintain regular communication with training stakeholders, market logistics leaders, and external partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any training-related concerns. Cultivate positive working relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and garner support for training initiatives.QualificationsWhat Did We Order? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years & experience in training delivery, with at least 2 years in managing training teams. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional team, exceptional communication skills is key, given the role's collaborative nature. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a hands-on approach to field operations, including training, mentoring, and ensuring execution on the ground. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Capability to engage, collaborate, and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders. A result-driven individual with a thirst for learning, self-motivation, and a curious mindset, passionate about positively impacting rider well-being and happiness. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is advantageous. Proven experience in project management is required, with PMP or similar certification being a plus. Exposure to last-mile delivery in large e-commerce organizations or Tech Startups is beneficial.
