Key focus of the role is on new processes efficiency, standardization and business planning.Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Projects & Commercial operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvementUnderstand at important level of detail the business and all KPIs in the specific countries of focusDevelops tools to set new robust processes, which will help to drive business and qualitative insights from local operationsConduct quantitative complex analysis requiring data retrieval that results in conclusions and recommendations to move the projects forward.Support operations for country teams to have all required tools to meet the operational improvements metrics.
