Our q-commerce concept, talabat mart (121 Stores), now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world\'s leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwideWe are looking for a savvy project management professional with analytical capabilities to drive performance projects, mainly focusing on the subscription domain.This role will report into the Sr. Manager of Performance and Special Projects, and will involve shaping, evaluating and reporting on the company\'s strategic projects which drive growth and enhance customer retention.This role will heavily interface with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure successful execution of projects, through data-driven decision-making, to improve profitability, streamline operations and enhance the customer and partner experiences.What\'s on Your Plate?Develop project scope, timelines and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring feasibility and collaborationCoordinate internal resources for the successful execution of project deliverablesEffectively communicate project timelines, expectations to stakeholdersEngage in strong communication across functions as well as the development and application of project management standards, tools, and systematic processesReport on project progress, building tools to support the reporting, updating local and regional stakeholders on outcomes, challenges and opportunitiesSubscription project focus:Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business, with a particular focus on financial performance/ P&LWork with other functions to develop forecasts for customer acquisition, churn, contribution, and profitabilityAnalyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop tactics to optimize subscription offering.Utilize data analytics and customer insights to understand subscriber behavior, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Identify opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience and increase retention rates.Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of subscription products and initiatives and identify areas for improvement.QualificationsWhat do we need?Bachelor\'s Degree from a reputed institution and in related field (MBA is a plus)5+ years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce or management consulting industries (Past experience in subscription-focused business is a plus)Strong finance acumen; experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, business impact analysisExpertise with data tools: Big Query, SQL, Lookr etc.Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)Experience with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.Strong track-record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.Proven experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar roles within the food tech industry or related sectors.Experience working closely with cross-functional teams is a plus
