About the opportunityRole SummaryThis role will manage end to end procurement support on a range of complex procurement activities, managing, negotiating, playing a key role for procurement team and delivery of procurement sourcing strategies within the designated categories of expenditure.What\'s On Your Plate?Manage and coordinate all Procurement related requirements through the defined procurement process.Ensure to manage Procurement Budget through weekly and monthly Procurement Report and Dashboard.To maintain the correct resource (equipment/facilities/materials/services) Inventory for respective location.Negotiate and take decision with supplier for the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.Working closely with Finance team and local suppliers to procure the correct requirement as per company policy from multiple sources at competitive prices.Responding to all local procurement and supply enquiries regularly via all communication channels, including in person.Raising purchase orders for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure that the products and supplies with high quality standardsExecute and ensure appropriate procurement processes and policies are in placeMaintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future developmentTo support the procurement process enhancement with new system or technologiesWhat you need to be successfulWhat Did We Order?Bachelor\'s DegreeSolid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and ERP systems3-5 years\' Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management.Strong analytical skills to ensure both short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are metAbility to negotiate, establish, and administer contractsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAccuracy and precise attention to detailAbility to work with management and staff at all levelsWho we areAs the region\'s leading local tech organization, we\'re proud to say that we have been delivering for millions of people right across MENA for the past 18 years.
