You will be an essential team member, helping to ensure reporting accuracy, regularity, and alignment across different logistics teams. The ideal candidate will need to be both detail oriented and analytical, as well as possessing the ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders across the business.What\'s On Your Plate?
Reporting into logistics you will have the following responsibilities:
Act as the regional owner for financial planning of logistics expenditure
Act as the main contact point between the Regional finance and regional and local logistics teams ensuring that both are aligned
Support in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting across the logistics organization
Manage short-term requests and create related ad-hoc analyses
You will be a sparring partner with different stakeholders to support them with financial aspects of current business, as well as challenging them on financial and performance related topics
Support on definition of new financial related processes and bring your experience, knowledge and energy to improve the existing ones
Monitoring and driving logistics performance across key markets against a set of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyzing performance to identify trends and patterns to help inform decision-making by uncovering potential opportunities.
Creating monthly reports and presentations to communicate performance findings, cost management and recommendations to management.
QualificationsWhat Did We Order?
You are a self-starter and take a high degree of ownership
You studied business economics/administration with a focus on Business/Finance/Commerce
You have 5+ years of work experience in the field of Controlling/Finance ideally for logistics functions
Experience in consumer tech, esp. e-commerce / food-tech is a big plus
You act independently and are results-oriented
You are able to present your thoughts in structured, synthetic and graphical manner
