Today talabat is a company that does far more than just deliver food with a range of additional products which add value to our customer base. These products include our subscription program tPro, our loyalty program Rewards, our in restaurant discount feature DineOut Deals and our Fintech Products; the ADCB credit card and Pay Later feature. This role will work closely alongside Regional and Local teams to build impactful CRM flows to drive trial, adoption, usage and retention on the above mentioned verticals.What's On Your Plate? Work with Regional and Local teams to understand insights and learnings to drive engagement on Ecosystem products (Fintech/New Ventures) Strategize impactful campaigns to drive trial, adoption, frequency and churn management on Fintech and New Ventures products Consult Local markets to launch impactful ad-hoc campaigns to support achievement of objectives for tPro and other New Venture products Liaise with Product, GTM and other stakeholders to create CRM communications to drive awareness of new product features as they are launched Foster continuous feedback loop to optimize and experiment with CRM flows in order to improve performance and incremental impact Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to launch CRM campaigns and flows to support the launch of new Fintech and New Ventures products in existing markets Set up A/B tests to ensure data driven rationale behind key decisions to improve the performance of CRM flowsQualificationsWhat Did We Order? Bachelors degree Minimum 5 years of proven relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced working environment. Experience working with CRM is a must with clear knowledge of A/B testing, incrementality measurement and attribution Experimentation focused mindset Experience working with loyalty and subscription programs will be considered a plus Excellent stakeholder management skills to maintain expectations on timelines within the context of multiple simultaneous projects being managed Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
