Job Title: Sales Engineer - Blinds and Shades

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and end customers to promote and sell blinds, shades, and other window treatment products.

Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from our product range.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to achieve sales targets.

Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge:

Understand the technical specifications of blinds, shades, and other window treatments, including motorized and manual systems.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions.

Provide on-site consultations to assess customer needs, take accurate measurements, and suggest custom design solutions.

Project Management:

Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products.

Prepare accurate quotations, technical drawings, and installation plans.

Oversee project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction from sale through installation.

Customer Service:

Address client queries and provide post-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Offer guidance on care, maintenance, and additional product offerings.

Market Research & Reporting:

Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitors.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in window treatments, blinds, shades, or related industries.

Experience with motorized window treatments and home automation systems is a plus.

Skills:

Strong understanding of blinds, shades, and related products, including installation and customization.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software or similar tools to create technical drawings for custom solutions.

Familiarity with home automation systems and motorized blinds would be an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
