Job Description

Job Summary:As a Sr. Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of CNC machines and solutions to a diverse range of clients. You will leverage your technical knowledge of CNC machinery and software, along with your sales acumen, to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the manufacturing sector.

Technical Expertise:

Provide expert knowledge on CNC machinery, automation solutions, and related technologies to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities.

Product Demonstrations:

Conduct demonstrations of CNC machines and software to showcase their capabilities and benefits.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present detailed product proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and facilitate seamless order fulfilment.

After-Sales Support:

Provide ongoing support to clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CNC machine or manufacturing industries.

Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines and automation processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of machining processes and manufacturing workflows.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with programming languages related to CNC machinery.
