Job Description

Multinational company in construction filed looking for Male ( Sr. Quantity Surveyor ) with the following Requirements: -

Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management or equivalent, B- (Tech)

Minimum 5-10 years in comparable role.

Work Location (Dubai - UAE).

Language: English (Required)

Objective :

To monitor projects including cost control and ensure preparation and verification of monthly invoices.

To monitor the project and ensure cost control including reconciliation of material to find out wastage of materials being used at site.

• To ensue preparation of Bill of quantities for civil.

To prepare the of unit cost statements at the project.

To ensure preparation of monthly invoices.

To ensure preparation and verification of monthly invoices of contractor.

To ensure preparation of claims / change orders etc.

To assist management to finalize the sub-contractors rates.

To survey the quantities of the material to be used or involved in the construction of the project.

Any other task assigned by the management.
