Sr. Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
1. Cost Estimation: Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
2. Quantities Measurement: Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings to support accurate cost estimating.
3. Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to track project expenses, identify variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.
4. To perform procurement function, ensure timely procurement of materials and services at competitive prices.
5. Must have good database for suppliers in UAE.
6. Must have good knowledge in Infrastructure Projects particularly working with RTA projects is a big advantage.
7. Must have good background in Pre Tendering Stage and al least 5 years experience in UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
