QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Master's degree in Civil/Material
• Must have a 20 years total of experience with 10 years of it being involved in QA/QC related works and Bridge projects (CABLE-STAYED BRIDGE projects )
• Must be willing to work overseas
