Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Develop and manage quality policies, processes, and procedures to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
Telecom & Civil Engineering Expertise:
Oversee quality assurance for both fixed and mobile network projects, as well as civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define quality standards for network deployment, civil works, and maintenance.
Certification Management:
Ensure the organization maintains relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) and comply with industry regulations.
Lead internal and external audits, and manage corrective actions for non-compliance.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
Facilitate training programs for staff to enhance their understanding of quality standards and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and enhance service delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their quality expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in quality management within the telecom and civil engineering industries.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or similar are highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of QMS standards and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
