Minimum 8 years of experience required in hospitality and Catering operation, in similar position
Minimum 3 years experience into GCC
Should be a Post Graduate / Graduate in Microbiology or Biotechnology or Nutritionist
Advanced food safety level 4 certification
Certified in HACCP and Food Safety
Qualified in implementation of EMS, OSHAD , QMS and QHSE practices
Should have excellent analytical and MS Office skills
Food safety knowledge is must
Fluency in written and verbal English language
Should be confident and possess a strong personality
Ability to resolve issues and handle pressure with a positive outlook
Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures
Possess excellent training and report writing skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Should be young, dynamic and a team player
