Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager - Facade

Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative Facade solutions that meet project requirements and architectural visions.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and material schedules for Facade systems.
Conduct structural analysis and performance simulations to ensure the functionality, safety, and efficiency of Facade designs.
Assist in the selection of Facade materials, considering factors such as performance, durability, and sustainability.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to procure Facade ting effective communication.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in Facade engineering or construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid UAE driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
