Degree in Engineering (Chemical engineering preferred) Should have a high level of written and oral communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Strong computer skills including ERP, Microsoft Office (advanced) and 2D drafting Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering, project execution, testing and commissioning of process packages. Relevant experience in process packages like Fuel gas packages, separator skids, metering skids, dehydration units, Heat exchangers, pressure vessels etc. Well versed with Oil and Gas process equipment and processing facilities, especially the design activities during Concept, FEED and detail engineering phases. A - PRINCIPAL RESPOSIBILITIES Act as the primary focal point for all aspects of process engineering within the project to ensure adherence to agreed-upon budgets, schedules, and design specifications. Ensure that process engineering deliverables adhere to project requirements, operational and safety principles, specifications, and international standards. Lead the process design for various systems including fuel gas packages, dehydration units, separators, air coolers, heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, filters, metering systems, slug catchers, heaters, dew point skids, chemical injection skids and more. Role is remote office based and will be required to travel to UAE or customer site as and when required for meetings, package performance testing etc. During the tendering stage, review client inquiry documentation along with the Scope of Work, provide input for bid/no-bid decisions, address technical clarifications where needed, coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integration of process engineering activities, and offer techno-commercial input for bid preparation. Upon being awarded the project, assume responsibility for the entire process design and engineering tasks, including developing the Process Design Basis, Design Philosophies, sizing, and other required deliverables. Develops Scope of Work for Sub contractors related to Process works as per Project requirements. Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for process packages, equipment, specialized process engineering studies, etc. Reviews Process Simulations and develop inputs for mechanical design. Participates in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL and other safety studies. Review and prepare operating manuals, operating philosophies, and operating procedures. Evaluates process guarantee requirements, provides support during acceptance testing and commissioning as Work as a Senior Project Engineer, when necessary, based on the complexity and scope of the project. In such roles, fulfill responsibilities related to coordinating and managing project activities as required by the scope of a project engineer. Monitor and control man-hours to ensure that the project is completed within the allocated budgeted manhours. Extend in-house capability in process design, including training and development of junior engineers, and introduce new process packages that align with company capabilities and market demand. Carryout site surveys whenever required for assigned projects and prepare survey report Coordinates with other departments for smooth execution of the project Perform risk management to identify mitigate project risks. Provide support as required for business development and marketing related activities.
