JOB PURPOSE:

• Conduct workshops with list and questionnaires with stakeholders.
• Issue project plan blueprint.
• Agree and issue with main contractor the weighing system for project evaluation.
• Prepare the master control sheet for project.
• Create resources library for internal loading.
• Create WBS dictionary and align it with main contractors.
• Issue a resource loaded schedule.
• Issue a sub-plan for different phrases.
• Integrate contracts milestones in project plan.
• Monitor milestones movements and analyze it and flag it to Project Manager.
• Receive and analyze sub-contractor and sub-consultants Project Plans, time schedules.
• Provide feedback to sub-consultant and sub-contractors on provided plans.
• Compile stage by stage the project plan according to the progress and received plans.
• Issue weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly project plan report.
• Issue forecasts report.
• Issue analysis of root causes for deviations from plan on monthly basis and when required.
• Attend all planning, site construction weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings.
• Review resources loading.
• Address potentials for fast tracking and crashing scenarios.
• S-Curves analysis report.
• Procurement plan review and analyze.
• Inspection plan review and analyze.
• Productivity report of workers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Engineering Degree.
• Experienced in Power plants/ Industrial Plants.
• Excellent data Analytical Skills.
• Proficiency in English. Chinese/Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills.
• Expert in using primavera P6.
• Expert in using MS Project.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineering Degree (preferred mechanical)
