Duties:
Managing the schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan
development activities.
Overseeing the scheduling activities for large projects with a demonstrated skill in identifying,
analysing and providing innovative solutions to planning and scheduling problems.
Developing the overall P6 schedule in line with Contract Requirements.
Preparing and submitting the programme master schedule.
Preparing plan for the works (design, procurement, construction, test commission and into
use) to guide consultants/contractors providing the Consultants and Contractors with key decision dates.
Maintaining & updating the schedule in line with contractors\' updates and contract changes.
Working with the PM and site construction team ensuring that the operational constraints,
logistics and phasing considerations are reflected in the master schedule.
Providing the schedule input to the procurement documentation & technical input to tender
preparation and evaluation with period progress updates.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience coupled with a track record in working with a Developer and/or Contractors in Hospitality, Offices, Commercial, Residential sectors.
- Degree educated in Engineering or similar
- Ideally a solid background with Clients and/or Tier 1 Contractors
- This role will be based in Ras Al Khaimah
- Excellent command of English Written/Communication skills
- Candidates must have prior UAE Experience
- Excellent P6 Skills
