Overview:



We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Manager Experience

to drive data-driven marketing campaigns while leveraging technical expertise to optimize performance. This role combines

digital marketing strategy, ad campaign optimization, data analysis, and web development

to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Advertising:



? Plan, execute, and optimize

paid campaigns

(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
? Manage budgets, A/B test creatives, and optimize conversion rates (CRO).
? Track KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, etc.) and generate

real-time performance reports

.
? Implement and refine

attribution models

(first-click, last-click, data-driven).
? Work with

retargeting, lookalike audiences, and segmentation strategies

.

Technical & Development Responsibilities:



? Implement and maintain

tracking pixels, event tracking, and scripts

(Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
? Set up and optimize

server-side tracking

(Google Analytics 4, Piwik PRO, Postback URLs).
? Debug and optimize website performance for ad effectiveness (page speed, UX/UI fixes).
? Develop or modify landing pages using

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, or WordPress

.
? Work with APIs (Google Ads API, Facebook Graph API) to automate reporting.

Data Analysis & Reporting:



? Build custom dashboards using

Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Looker

.
? Analyze customer behavior using

GA4, Heatmaps, and Session Recording Tools (Hotjar, Clarity)

.
? Automate performance reports and alert systems for campaign anomalies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Marketing & Advertising Tools:

Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, Piwik PRO.
?

Web Development:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, React, WordPress.
?

Data & Analytics:

SQL, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel (advanced).
?

Automation & APIs:

Google Ads API, Facebook Graph API, Zapier, Python (optional).
?

Ad Tech Expertise:

Attribution models, Postback tracking, Server-side tagging.

Preferred Qualifications:



Degree in

Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in

eCommerce, SaaS, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing

.
Proven track record of scaling ad spend while maintaining profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
