This position requires the person to be well versed in the development, customization, maintenance and support of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 (ERP) as per requirements of the business.General Description:
Requirement gathering:
Taking functional specifications from users/functional consultant, converting functional specification to technical specification.
Analyze complex work processes for improvement opportunities in technical programs.
Participate in the design of high-quality application architecture that meets organizations business requirements
Support: Support and trouble-shooting of the existing developed applications (Forms, Reports, Interfaces and workflows). Experience in personalization and customization of OAF objects.
Database Structure Design: Database structure design for Tables, views, sequences, synonyms and database triggers etc.
Application Development:
Development of forms, reports and workflows
Creation of SQL packages, functions and procedures etc.
Integrations of customized application with Oracle standard applications modules. Experience with REST APIs (integration repository) would be preferred.
Performance tuning of existing programs.
Testing
Preparing test cases
Perform unit testing, integration testing and support UAT
Training and Implementation:
Training users
Implementation of the applications
Technical documentation
Support on Helpdesk system:
Ensure helpdesk tickets are resolved within SLAs
Ensure customer satisfaction is kept to at least 95%.
Projects & Software Changes Assignments:
Ensure assignments are completed within the agreed deadlines.
Ensure all work is fully documented.
Required Skills:Minimum 6-7 years of experience in development of R.I.C.E objects with a working knowledge of Oracle EBS Technical Architecture.Education / Qualification: * Bachelor in Engineering / Masters in Computers Science
