Senior Odoo Technico-Functional Consultant

Company Summary:

We are a leading Odoo consulting and implementation firm. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with clients to implement customized ERP/CRM solutions using the Odoo platform.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct software requirements gathering and needs analysis

- Create functional specifications and project plans

- Configure/customize Odoo applications to meet business needs

- Train clients, manage data migration and handle go-lives

- Provide post go-live support and design process improvements

- Mentor junior consultants and manage complex client projects

- Represent the company in pitches, webinars and events

- Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, articles

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of commercial ERP implementation experience

- Expert knowledge of Odoo framework, apps development, Python

- Deep understanding of accounting, MRP, CRM business processes

- Proven ability to translate requirements into system designs

- Excellent client-facing, analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Experience delivering projects remotely and managing teams

- Passion for open-source technologies and continuous learning
