Responsibilities

Should have working experience in EMAAR Projects as Sr. Project/Project Manager Manage and execute the full MEP project lifecycle, from development through to commissioning & handover, within budget and schedule constraints. Establish project goals, objectives, and priorities, and communicate these to the project team and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to international and local standards, codes of practice, and company policies and procedures. Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and project budgets. Monitor project progress and modify plans to mitigate risks and solve problems. Establish and manage relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations, quality and safety requirements, and financial performance targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or related discipline. At least 10 years of experience in MEP project management within the civil engineering industry. Proven track record of delivering large, complex MEP projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. Familiarity with international and local standards and regulations. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
