They will liaise with and support the existing Global Customer Reference Program, to equally work with Channel in supporting the development and delivery of Field marketing initiatives with, to and through our Sales Organisation and Channel community.The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to work and communicate cross-functionally, internally with key stakeholders within CrowdStrike and externally.The ability to listen to what our Sales, Customers and Partners need in order to be successful will be a fundamental element of this role as is educating our internal teams on the learnings while supporting them in the construction of marketing programs enhancing the experience for all META Customers and global programs. He/she is also expected to execute marketing initiatives flawlessly and must demonstrate instances where he/she has a proven ability to successfully grow a business.What Youll Do:Support the development of marketing plans to build pipeline and drive revenue goals in the META marketCollaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externallyOversee the implementation of the marketing strategy established, creating and executing tailored programs including bespoke in-person/virtual seminars, industry events, meeting maker programs, thought leadership, executive conferences & roundtablesCollaborate effectively with enterprise field marketing managers to ensure cohesive and jointly leveraged effortsTrack lead flow from campaign response through to pipeline generation, suggest and collaborate with Sales Development to improve conversion metrics and surpass goalsIdentify new business opportunities and review continually changes to the market, customer trends of the activities, helping adjust the marketing plans if necessaryBuild & provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectivelyManage and measure marketing campaign costs, reporting on the effectiveness using pre-determined KPIsUtilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organizations databases and external dataNegotiate with agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials\\Build a cohesive marking system to ensure the effectiveness of delivering the outmost successful campaigns tailored for each of the sub-regionsWhat Youll Need:Must have demonstrable regional marketing experience supporting field sales organizations and channel partners.Must have proven experience in growing a business by translating sales goals into credible marketing plans.Must be able to demonstrate an understanding in the different cultural dynamics across the META region.Must possess budget management and forecasting skills.Excellent collaboration skills in working cross-functionally with sales organization, corporate marketing, peers and channel teams. We are looking for a great communicator with good presentation skills.Excellent organizational and project management skills: lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule.Must demonstrate experience in managing and negotiating vendor contracts.Experience in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs and metrics.Bachelors degree or equivalent (10-12+ years) of relevant marketing experience with high-tech B2B, including 5+ years working in advocacy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally with previous experience conducting interviews with Customers/Partners to all levels (including C-Suite) at company and industry events for the purpose of story-telling outputs.Background interacting with Customers from all segments including varied sizes, solution providers, distribution and resellers.Exceptional project and program management experience along with organizational and interpersonal skills.
