To manage a part of Talabat\xe2\x80\x99s enterprise business across 8 countries. As portfolio leads for these business groups, you will be the regional POC externally and drive commercial enterprise strategy with projects spanning across business growth, customer experience, monetisation, operations & profitability for Talabat.
What\'s On Your Plate:
Act as the regional point of contact for Talabat, representing Talabat\xe2\x80\x99s business across 8 countries - working directly with the regional and local teams of the partners\xe2\x80\x99 organization.
Own and lead strategy and execution of all projects across commercial and operations work streams for large business groups that work with Talabat across 8 countries.
Own and lead performance management for these business groups primarily be driven via different work streams including but not limited to:
Growth and performance.
Marketing & campaign management.
Regional monetisation strategy.
Data and analytics & insights management.
Operations - Tech & POS.
Operations - Customer experience.
Commercial strategy & profitability.
Logistics.
Content operations.
Drive thought leadership on Talabat\xe2\x80\x99s enterprise portfolio alongside the function lead and country management teams.
Work alongside the analytics lead to plan and build dashboards for key stakeholders & teams cross-functionally to measure key success metrics across functions.
What Did We Order:
7-9 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience focussed on enterprise business management and cross functional project management roles, preferably in an e-commerce business
Advanced skills in :
Stakeholder management
Program & project management
Analytics, insight management & visualization
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint & GSuite tools
Exhibits the ability to be hands on but also think strategically, breakdown complex problems and is able to connect the dots across complex topics across departments
Past experience in food tech is a strong plus, but ecommerce/tech business experience is mandatory
Strong understanding of an online marketplace business, with strong business acumen & ability to identify and work in an ecosystem with multiple complex product and process interdependencies.
Experience in long cycle enterprise commercial negotiations
Experience of delivering successful cross functional, high complexity projects that impacts growth, profitability & experience
Experience in process optimisation, and a sharp eye for foreseeing business risks
Ability to drive deep research & insights to shape business strategy
Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced & results-oriented work environment.
Strong analytical mindset, able to substantiate business cases
