Owning design strategy and management of a large chunk of our user journey (design practice for 4-5 squads)

Seen as the go-to expert over multiple squads, is able to effectively utilize product functionality to drive big company objectives
Drive experience first problem-solving practices within the product squads
Ensure pixel-perfect design quality and design system alignment with the designers on your team
Having an impact through people by developing great relationships with designers, helping and challenging them to succeed
Provide clear feedback and coaching to designers

What Did We Order?
6+ years of experience in digital product design, with 3+ years of people leadership experience managing product designers
Experience with building, hiring, and mentoring high-performing teams
Have a transparent, candid, and constructive approach to feedback with a keen ability to identify areas of opportunity and improvement
Track record of delivering business impact, and can speak to design decisions that drive meaningful product value
Strong understanding of how engineering, analytics, and user research intersect with design
A portfolio of relevant design work, performed by you and the teams you\xe2\x80\x99ve led, that demonstrates your ability to create products that people love
