Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of reports and presentations covering project status, technical reviews, integration efforts, and change management initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data and information for reporting purposes.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of reports, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding reporting requirements, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and timelines.
Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and analysis derived from the reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
Address stakeholder inquiries and requests for additional information in a timely and professional manner.
Strategy Alignment:
Work closely with senior leadership to align reporting efforts with strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the organization.
Develop dashboards and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and objectives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage Strategic Initiatives, change management initiatives and drive strategy development exercises.
Process Improvements and Automation
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency through automation and optimization of tools and systems.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement technological solutions that improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
Continuously monitor and evaluate reporting practices, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of reports and presentations.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for report development and quality assurance.
Project Management Support:
Provide support to project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets as needed.
Assist in tracking and monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.
Contribute to the overall success of projects by providing insights and analysis derived from reporting dataExperience:8-10 years for which at least 2 years are in a supervisory role.Education:A Bachelor degree in any Business Administration or related fields.PMP certification preferable.
