Senior Key Account Manager - North Africa ( Morocco) We have a great opportunity to grow your career as a Sr Key Account Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific within the Corporate function in North Africa based in Morocco where you will be leading a selected list of key accounts across Academia, Industry, Bio Technology, Healthcare and Diagnostics to represent a "One Thermo Fisher". The role will interact with the key accounts across these segments to improve the company's overall business relationship by demonstrating the Thermo Fisher Scientific value proposition via cross-divisional collaboration to develop partnerships and meet annual operating plan, market share growth and customer allegiance to positively impact account revenue . Previous sales or business development experience of analytical or life science instrumentation is an advantage, however we are open to considering applications from candidates with experience using relevant instrumentation in a laboratory environment who are considering a change in career direction. Key Responsibilities : Translating deep customer insights into meaningful partnership opportunities that deliver value to both our customers and Thermo Fisher. You will be driving overall account strategy, improving our breadth and depth of capabilities to build high-impact, innovative, science- and customer-centric solutions Negotiate with knowledge and capacity to translate customer insights into partnership opportunities that shall deliver value to both customer and Thermo Fisher Scientific Develop strong relationships between Thermo Fisher and strategic partners and act as a primary interface to lead governance activities, opportunity identification and resolution of critical issues Conduct periodic reviews with strategic key accounts and cross divisional teams to ensure alignment of strategy and collaboration between customer and Thermo Fisher Scientific as defined in the Partnership Account Plan Communicate internally via AMTs and MBRs on the account landscape, and relationship sensitivities to enhance diversity of spend Deliverables : Be accountable for the commercial performance of the focus account and deliver on revenues in alignment with the annual operating plan Develop and lead the strategic account using tools such as Partnership Account Plan [KVA4] as part of standard work procedure to drive growth strategies and ensure a double digit compounded annual growth rate. Work proactively in a matrix environment optimizing the best cross functional resources in sales, service and supply chain to establish high customer allegiance scores above company average at the focus account. Leverage market intelligence and market trends to select and grow the number of key accounts in the assigned territory Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering preferably with an MBA Validated experience of minimum 5 years in handling major accounts in Academia, Industry, BioPharma, Healthcare and Diagnostics.
