JOB OVERVIEWExperienced sales personnel to maintain solid relationships with Government clients in the UAE, primarily based / focusing on the Emirates of Abu Dhabi. The account manager's responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities with the key accounts , growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided. Ensure all client RFPs are tracked, monitored and actioned appropriately. Ability to anticipate client needs and come up with concepts, solutions to meet client objectives and where possible even help build RFPs for the clientEssential FunctionsMaintain in-depth knowledge of all IQVIA products / services for appropriate cross-sell opportunities.Understanding client needs and bringing IQVIA solutions to add value to the customersActively network in the industry to establish relationships and to identify potential opportunities within the target customer groupContinuously monitor status of Customer Account Plans and business targets to ensure a pipeline of opportunities is maintained.Utilize established industry network to identify potential business opportunities.Collaborate with Senior Management and functional managers as needed to identify operations team members for proposal developmentActively participates in proposal preparation meetings and/or proposal defense meetings as needed.Research and identify target customers, build relationships, perform in-depth presentations, strategic analysis, and execution of implemented plans across IQVIA service lines in target accountsMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCETypically requires a minimum of 8-12 years of prior relevant experience.Minimum of seven (7) years relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience (preferred).Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field. Good understanding of UAEs healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder knowledge / relationships within the ecosystem is a plus.Strong negotiation and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills.
