- Infrastructure Security Management, Capacity Management. Configuration Management, Availability Management
- Problem Management & Service Focus
- Configuring and maintaining servers, storage systems, VDIs, Backup System.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the organization's systems infrastructure and providing technical guidance to other IT peers as appropriate
- Installing, upgrading, Patching operating systems. Applications, Hardware Firmware.
- Software deployment on Servers, Desktops and VMs
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Configure, Manage and Monitor the Backup Schedule
- Providing technical support and helping to resolve incidents & problems
