Role- Sr IT operations specialist


Location-Dubai


Proven experience in handling ticket resolution and managing operational portals.
Proficiency in content updates and executing SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis. Strong skills in system monitoring and incident management using monitoring platforms.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices for efficient service management.

Hands-on experience with CMS tools for content management and updates.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to assist users with Salesforce-related queries and Ability to troubleshoot integration-related issues

Knowledge of data import/export tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Classic UI.
