Brief Summary/Statement) Provide services in support of the Weapon Systems Training Branch (JXNQ) of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division. Candidate will provide services at OCONUS locations in support of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Candidate will provide small arms weapon systems inspection, maintenance, documentation, and repair while interacting with engineers and technicians to document operation, maintenance, and repair procedures. Candidate will provide training development support and provide New Equipment Training (NET), maintenance training, and refresher training to military and civilian personnel. Candidate will provide logistics documentation, training curriculum updates, and documentation support. Candidate will receive, store, issue, and account for SOF-p weapons, VAS, and SOF-p optics while ensuring operational and maintenance specifications and standards are met.

Job Responsibilities: · Provide SOF-p weapon systems NET, maintenance, and refresher training to military and civilian personnel at OCONUS locations in support of USSOCOM. · Provide weapon system inspection, maintenance, documentation, and repair in accordance with USSOCOM Technical Manual specifications. · Manage small arms, repair parts, tools, and accessories inventory while maintaining accountability for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and updating logistics records. · Provide training curriculum updates, logistics documentation, and report generation support. · Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Skills/Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree preferred. · Minimum two to three years Instructor experience within the last five years. · MIL Instructor Certification required. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. · Small Arms Weapons experience/proficiency required.

Clearance: Active DoD SECRET clearance is required.

Location: OCONUS deployed support (primary) / Crane, IN (secondary)
