Location:

Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth execution of the project. Review and interpret project designs, specifications, and blueprints, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and engineering issues encountered during construction. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, work schedules, and cost estimations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site. Assist in the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely availability on-site. Monitor and manage subcontractors to ensure work quality and efficiency. Provide technical guidance to construction teams and junior engineers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10-20 years of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects
