We\xe2\x80\x99re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.Job Specific AccountabilitiesTechnical Assurance\xc2\xb7 Assists the F&G Commissioning Team in Supervising EPC Contractor in the execution of Commissioning and Start up activities for the respective Discipline\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of the area completion program.\xc2\xb7 Ensure a safe and timely completion of F&G Commissioning and Start up activities.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the development, execution, and completion of Operations Training Program\xc2\xb7 Assists Lead SU Engineer in developing the schedules for the preparation of:o Operations Manualso Training requirements and Scheduleo Training Material for Operations and Plant Availabilityo Development of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up procedures.o Standard Operating Procedureso Any other relevant documentation required to ensure safe and proper Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning and Start Up of the Wet End area.\xc2\xb7 Monitors and safeguards that the project Commissioning and Start up activities are executed in accordance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s procedures.\xc2\xb7 Advise of concerns and corrective actions implemented and closeout to the satisfaction of Company throughout the duration of the Project activities.\xc2\xb7 Assist in facilitating the handover of the facilities from the EPC Contractor to the Owner / Operator.\xc2\xb7 Actively participate in the EPC Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s HSE processes of Commissioning and Startup hazard identification, including risk analysis, mitigation and the development of appropriate Commissioning and Start up Methodologies for his area.\xc2\xb7 Participate in developing the Commissioning and Startup Schedules during the EPC work.\xc2\xb7 Attend internal / external project reviews and other meetings as necessary.\xc2\xb7 Develop and Produce Commissioning / Startup and Safety inputs / reports as required.\xc2\xb7 Develop Spare part requirements for Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning purposes in his area.\xc2\xb7 Asses the necessity for Vendor training and assist in the development of the Vendor training plan for all PMT / Operation / Maintenance personnel with the EPC Contractor training coordinator for his area.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the development and execution of the overall training plan, contributing to the Company requirement that both Company and EPC Contractor complete the Operations training Program.\xc2\xb7 Participate in detailed operator training where needed. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the training, while identifying potential weaknesses and propose overcoming them.\xc2\xb7 Attend internal progress, Commissioning and Startup meetings as required with the EPC Contractor.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the Continuous risk analysis of the Commissioning and Startup works under the guidance and support of the Commissioning Manager.\xc2\xb7 Review & advise: review & advise of specific Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning documents, related to his area. Advise in assigning respective review codes, follow up on other disciplines involved in the document review to ensure timely release of the review cycle. Verify CONTRACTOR\xe2\x80\x99s resolution of all comments.\xc2\xb7 Proactively follows up the national trainees in the unit and ensure their personal and technical knowledge development to the best interest for the individual and the company.
