Key Responsibilities:
1. International Market Research & Strategy:
o Conduct research on global beauty markets to identify trends, target audiences, and
competitive landscape.
o Develop export marketing strategies tailored to specific regions, focusing on brand
positioning and differentiation.
o Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product launches and expansion in
new countries.
o Understanding emerging makeup trends (like clean beauty, sustainable packaging,
etc.) to align with brand offerings.
2. Creative Campaign Development:
o Plan and execute high-quality model shoots for marketing campaigns, ensuring
alignment with brand aesthetics and global trends.
o Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and models to
produce visually compelling content.
o Oversee the production of promotional assets, including photos, videos, social media
content, and advertisements for international markets.
3. Export Marketing & Global Brand Building:
o Develop localized marketing campaigns for different international regions, leveraging
cultural insights to enhance brand appeal.
o Utilize digital platforms, social media, and influencer partnerships to drive brand
awareness and engagement in target markets.
o Manage collaborations with global beauty influencers, agencies, and partners to
increase reach and visibility.
4. Budget Management & ROI Analysis:
o Allocate and manage budgets for international marketing campaigns, model shoots, and
content production.
o Track the performance of campaigns and shoots, analyzing ROI and adjusting strategies
for maximum impact.
o Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and performance
metrics.
5. Event Coordination & Trade Shows:
o Plan and manage brand participation in international beauty expos, trade shows, and
promotional events.
o Coordinate product demonstrations, photoshoots, and influencer meetups at events to
maximize brand exposure.
o Develop promotional materials and booth designs that align with global marketing
strategies.
6. Partnership & Distributor Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and
partners.
o Support distributors with tailored marketing assets, training materials, and localized
content.
7. Regulatory Compliance & Product Adaptation:
o Ensure that marketing materials, product packaging, and campaigns comply with local
regulations in different markets.
o Adapt product formulations, messaging, and visual assets to meet the preferences and
legal requirements of each region.
o Stay updated on global beauty industry regulations, including advertising standards and
labeling laws.
