About the job Sr. Executive ISMPosition: Executive/ Senior Executive ISMLocation: DubaiKey Responsibilities:

Managing the Marine, Occupational Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality functions.
Conduct vessel internal audits related to the company\'s SMS in compliance with the ISM, ISPS and MLC.
Monitor monthly QHSE meeting minutes from all vessels and handle enquiries regarding QHSE Standards.
Source for vendors, request for quotations and make recommendations.
Prepare purchase requisition and purchase orders. Update purchasing records, data and pricing into our inventory system. Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor the status of existing orders. Manage inventory levels and take corrective action when needed. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualification:

Salary: AED7,000
