Position Title Sr. Engineer - Technical & Design

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer - Technical & Design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise with a deep understanding of manufacturing of cables. Ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities.

Handling Customer enquiries, preparation of GTP and design sheet, calculating of electrical parameter of cable, making optimum design.

In depth knowledge of LV, MV, wires and instrumentation cables as applicable to industry standard.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

All enquiries to analyse and get specifications, data sheets and raw material (BOM) and revert in a short period of time to Marketing team.

Providing the Compliance on specification, deviation, comments and CSD (combined services drawings) in AutoCAD.

Take initiative for the design and development of new cable products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Providing technical back-end support to the Marketing Team.


Qualification B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering


Experience Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Technical & Design roles within the cable manufacturing industry.


Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools.

Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
