Job Role: Senior of Engineering Substation (Civil & Structural)Location: UAEExperience : 18+ yearsQualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Civil & Structural Engineering.Objective/Purpose

• Lead design and engineering for Civil & Structural components of Substation/Power Distribution projects, both domestically and internationally.
• Manage a team of engineers, ensuring timely, quality delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines (Electrical, MEP, Instrumentation).
• Drive technological improvements, standardization, and modularization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of Civil & Structural requirements.
• Supervise execution feasibility and project profitability.
• Maintain construction sequence adherence and support site execution.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables, design, and engineering documents.
• Provide support to Contracts and Site Execution teams.
• Apply international standards for quality and safety.
• Facilitate team skill development and incorporate technological trends.
• Review and address critical site execution issues.
