Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Computing
• Experience with Sys Ops and Cloud Ops, Wintel Support, Database Basics
• Migration of Servers, Application, Database, etc. SaaS, IaaS on Cloud
• Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications are highly preferred.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration
• Client management
• Experience with architecture, design, configuration, and deployment within the Microsoft Azure platform. (2 or more years)
• Experience with Windows Server OS, IIS, and Active Directory (2 or more years).
• Proficiency with PowerShell.
• Experience with security monitoring and improving security posture.
• Understanding of network topologies and firewalls.
• Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure, application, IAM, or data platform solutions.
• Must possess strong troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically about possible solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work alongside leaders within our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• IT experts that build, and maintain Infrastructure Business solutions on On-premise or Cloud.
• Experience of Managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or other Hosted Email Services Environment for Email and Collaboration and Modern Workplace, etc.
• Proficient in configuring and managing Networking, Security Solutions etc.
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure one or more providers AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Responsible for supporting Infrastructure, Cloud platform operations for multiple customers.
• Work with Architecture teams to design and implement hosted customer solutions, solution deployment and migration activities.
• Collaborate with global regional colleagues to develop platform and product training to build the knowledge base among all Key factor Cloud or Infrastructure Engineers.
• Document current systems and draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot application/database performance issues related to connectivity, access, and security.
• Handle Daily Support Request raised by the customers or project related activities (L1 and L2 level cases) to meet our SLA commitments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
