About the job

Lead on employee engagement for the organisation with over 5000 employees
Manage all organization\xe2\x80\x99s internal communications, campaigns and Intranet tools
Establish strategy and manage budget for all employee-led activations
Reinforce company culture and vision through ongoing engagement
Organize all employee events (Townhalls, engagement events, CSR initiatives, sustainability roadmap, ethics)
Support on all company wellness activities
Create reports and evaluate all of the above

Requirements:

You would have at least 7 years of experience within Employee Engagement
Solid background within either PR, Media Relations, Events Management, Marketing initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
