Job Description

BlackStone eIT, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and automation processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the software development lifecycle and ensure the efficient delivery of our products.


In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing cloud infrastructure, configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and establishing monitoring and alerting systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, automation tools, and experience with agile practices.

### Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS or Azure
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery
• Automate and streamline build, deployment, and release processes
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems to ensure optimal system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with operations and development teams
• Establish and enforce security best practices to protect our infrastructure and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Document infrastructure, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge and experience with AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring principles
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar technologies
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members
