Be responsible for new store targets, Development income and new store weeks.
Control and direct franchisees\xe2\x80\x99 activities to ensure the right facility types open on time and according to the current Development Principles.
Work with internal team to put in place a forward-thinking Development Strategy and gain partner buy-in and alignment
Work with franchisees to develop an Asset Strategy
Build a good rapport with the respective franchisees in the region and develop a positive team culture with the organization and the partners.
Liaise with franchisees on approvals for all projects.
Conduct random physical checks of sites for approval.
Keep up to date with competitive actions, real-estate trends, and retail developments in the region.
Conduct development training and support implementation of regional & corporate initiatives.
Assist the CDO with Development Boards and other seminars.
Drive for systematic market development ensuring we build stores that provide profitable returns and increase the equity of the brand.
Align and coach franchise teams on market development principles and ensure that we maintain market leadership.
Requirements and Competencies
8+ years of experience in Business Development in retail
Business and cultural experience in global market is required
Turkish Language is a must
Project management, process oriented
At ease in with cross-functional responsibilities
True ability to have an independent point of view in direct areas of responsibility
You are able to influence/build relationships with all levels of management
Communications, both upward and downward the organization
Commercial acumen
Autonomous, you manage complex business transactions with little supervision
