Job Description

Candidates should be able to exhibit high proficiency in design through their portfolio of projects done for Food & Beverage.

Candidate should have a minimum experience of 10 years in the field of Interior design. Should preferably be an Architect.

Candidate should possess at least 5 years of Design Head experience.

The Design Head for the Projects Team in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is a strategic leadership role focused on driving innovative design solutions for special projects, new initiatives, and key company developments. This individual will lead a team of designers, ensuring that all design aspects of projects are executed to the highest standards and align with the company's brand and business objectives.

The Design Head will collaborate with various departments to deliver impactful design solutions that enhance the customer experience and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Develop and implement a design strategy for special projects that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

Information on Coordination for Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing scope in drawings and site is a must,

Information of CAPEX for the designed projects would be of imperative importance

Should be ready to be a part of fast moving team

Design Execution:

Lead the creation of innovative and visually compelling design solutions for various projects, including new product lines, packaging, marketing campaigns, and retail environments.

Ensure that all designs are user-centric, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Oversee the development of prototypes, mock-ups, and final design assets.

Present design concepts and strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.

Should also be able to execute sites individually.

Brand Identity:

Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all special projects.

Ensure all design outputs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and standards.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the design and project team.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D design software's (not limited to 3D Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.)

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
