We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the UAE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Position Overview: As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects, including roadworks, infrastructure development, and bridge construction. Your extensive experience in the UAE and deep knowledge of local regulations and standards will be key to ensuring project success. This role offers a competitive salary of AED 11,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and execution of road, infrastructure, and bridge projects.

• Provide technical expertise in road construction, utilities, drainage systems, and bridge engineering.
• Manage project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any technical or operational issues.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, designs, and project documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 12 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 8 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in road construction, infrastructure, and bridge projects.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and project management processes.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
