Sales & Outreach: Identify and engage SMEs to promote tailored business loan solutions.
Client Acquisition: Build a pipeline of clients by leveraging networks and cold calling.
Consultation & Closure: Assess client financial needs, recommend appropriate loan products, and close deals efficiently.
Target Achievement: Meet and surpass monthly/quarterly targets through consistent performance.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to enhance sales strategies.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure complete and accurate loan applications in line with company policies.
