Core Accountabilities

Support the management of the redeployment of employees that include transfer, promotion, and demotion.
Carry out the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization and ensure a smooth transition.
Capture of all personal and employment data in the HC system and ensure its accuracy for tracking and reporting purposes.
Manage pensions as per UAE laws and regulations for UAE and GCC nationals.
Update all non-payroll-related HC actions through the system.
Manage staff leaves and ensure the recording and approval process are properly followed.
Manage and maintain all secondment and outsourced HC contracts.
Assist in the maintenance of all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to employees.
Ensure adherence to the implementation of company's HC policies and ensure compliance.
Support the maintenance of the organization's HR databases.
Address any interventions required with relevant stakeholders regarding HC metrics.
Assist in the maintenance of the structure of the organization by updating job requirements and positional hierarchy.

Experience:

2- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a shared service environment
Advanced level knowledge of HC systems (SAP preferred)
