Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to lead the design, planning, and execution of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and strong leadership skills. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure all architectural aspects are delivered with precision, on time, and within budget.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hands on in monitoring the architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
• Reviewing and processing all architectural technical submissions.
• Answering RFIs related to architecture.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of all architectural activities and operations.
• Reviewing contractor's architectural change order proposals and preparing recommendations to Project Manager.
• Lead the coordination process with other disciplines.
• Liaison and coordinate with the necessary sub consultants.
• Reviewing the contractor's claims related to architectural works and preparing the recommendations for claims to Project Manager.
• Reviewing the contractor's project record documents relevant to their discipline.
• Managing the architectural inspectors.
• Assisting with the inspection of completed works and monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover of the architectural works.
• Review contractor's material proposals against specified technical performance requirements and advise the Project Manager on the appropriateness of the proposals.
• Signing off on completed architectural works with completed documentation.
• Prepare weekly planning and weekly report.
• Perform all other duties given by the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Professional registration as a licensed architect or engineer.
• 13+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on real estate development.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or residential development projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and LEED certification is a plus.
