About the opportunityAnalyze and measure the growth of our subscription business, with a particular focus on financial performance/ P&LDevelop and refine the subscription business strategy, and create business cases for pricing and value proposition optimization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to execute subscription strategies effectively. Collaborate on product development, marketing campaigns, and operational enhancements to drive program success.Utilize data analytics and customer insights to understand subscriber behavior, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Identify opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience and increase retention rates.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of subscription products and initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessment on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.Support the development of annual and long-term business plans for the subscription business segment. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.Work under fast-paced conditions, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.What you need to be successful3-5+ years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting industries.
