Working with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries
Preparing reports and communicating with management
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
Maintaining CHA co-ordination
Submission of clearance Hazardous certificate timely for clearance
Proper understanding of Jafza Rules along with customs
ACCOUNTS:-
Interacting with various Government authorities like MVAT, Corporate Tax.
Enhanced financial processes through initiatives geared towards lowering risk, heightening
•F •ulfilling requirements of Internal & Statutory auditors; providing accurate and timely reports of financial statement
Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Implementing systems, procedures, manuals for preparation, maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Reviewing monthly financial statements, variance analysis, highlighting weaknesses, and recommending effective suggestions for improvements
Ensure protection of company assets with appropriate insurance, controls like periodic and surprised physical verification
CSR:-
Interacting with various clients for queries
Post and Pre-sales service to client
Co-ordination with back end team in INDIA
Freight cost to be shared if required
Proforma Invoice preparation
Payment follow up from debtors timely
Provide Quote for inquiries for material
