Foster + lead by example a culture of sharing best-in-class projects with a wider team for reapplication, highlighting strong planning & execution skills.Mentor and support your juniors in understanding and achieving key performance indicators and company objectives.Conduct business reviews with assigned top-tier love brands + local accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships that result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market shareMaintain continuous business relationships with restaurantsProvide excellent service and support in order to build a strong relationship and resolve operational issues between the restaurant and the companyIncrease TGO shares by switching restaurants to our own deliveryHandle menu photos, promotions, advertisement sales, renegotiations, and transmission methods optimizationOptimize the restaurant content (minimum order amount, delivery time)Commission rate renegotiation:- Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offerAdvertisement sales: -Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, branding Talabat stickers at restaurants, banners, and newsletterGenerating food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing restaurantsConvince restaurants of brand promotion of TalabatConvince the restaurant to go for digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button)Encourage restaurants to subscribe to the online payment gatewayUpselling new services to our existing restaurantsCoordinate with the restaurant, if the restaurant is live or active on the Talabat website, checking and resolving the reason, such as shutting down or stopping deliveryMaintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:Closed salesFollow-up activitiesSales expense reportIncreased sales reports after placing promotions, vouchers, and coupons.Restaurant analysis sheetAccount management reportLead special account management ad hoc projects as per standards set.QualificationsBachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or any other related fieldMinimum of 4-5 years experience in Sales/Account ManagementNegotiation SkillsAbility to meet deadlines and be flexible in workingStrong Communication skills (Written and Verbal)Excel Skills.Experience as Sales SME across sales journey and ability to coach and guide others across the City Sales team*Residency in or relocation to Abu Dhani is a MUST*
