Location: Industrial Area 2, Street No 18, Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish and ensure consistency.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using spray guns or other painting equipment.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, making touch-ups or corrections as necessary.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in automotive and industrial painting.
• Proficiency in using spray guns and related painting tools and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and various types of paint and coatings.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure a smooth and high-quality finish.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues such as uneven coatings or defects.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a painting environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
